I absolutely love cake mix recipes, they’re super easy and save so much time. These brownies are no different; you can whip up a batch in half the time it would take to make them from scratch. So if you find yourself craving brownies but can’t spend the entire evening in the kitchen this recipe is perfect for you.
It’s no secret that children love sweets, don’t be afraid to bring the little ones into the kitchen. This brownie recipe is so fun and easy they’ll have a blast helping you make it.
When I first made these brownies I was actually surprised by how good they were. The texture is really soft, cakey, and chewy. These brownies remind me a lot of a really dense chocolate cake. Sure they won’t compare to your grandmother’s brownies that are made from scratch; but they’ll certainly do for those times when you just want something quick and tasty.
