Ingredients

  • Flour— 1-3/4 cups
  • Melted Butter— 14 tablespoons
  • 2 Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract— 1 teaspoon
  • Salt— 1 teaspoon
  • White Sugar— 1 cup
  • Sprinkles— 1 cup
  • White Chocolate Chips— 1 cup

  • 8×8 Brownie Pan
  • Large Mixing Bowl

How to Make Birthday Cake Blondies

  • Preheat oven to 350F (177C) and grease brownie pan then set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine cooled melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract then add in salt and sugar. Mix until most of the white streaks are gone.
  • Now stir sprinkles and white chocolate into the batter until incorporated but be careful not to overmix.
  • Scoop batter into brownie pan and form an even layer then place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes
  • Allow the blondies to cool then slice and enjoy.
