Simple & Delicious Raspberry Crumb Bars

Raspberry crumb bars are the perfect balance of sweet, buttery, and tart flavors, making them the perfect treat to welcome spring after the cold months. These bars feature a tender, buttery crust that doubles as the crumbly topping, but the star of the show is the luscious raspberry filling. Whether you’re using fresh or frozen raspberries, the fruit’s natural tanginess pairs beautifully with the rich, buttery base, creating a dessert that’s both simple and irresistible. The crumb topping adds a slight crunch, giving each bite a satisfying texture that keeps you coming back for more.
