How to make Overnight Oats

  • Overnight Oats need to be made in advance and refrigerated overnight or for at least 4 hours. Simply grab a mason jar and layer greek yogurt, oats, chia seeds, and almond milk. You can add honey for a sweetener; agave and maple syrup make great sweeteners as well.
  • When you pull your overnight oats out of the fridge in the morning top with the fruit of your choice; I find blueberries, banana’s, and cantaloupe to be best but the options are endless.
  • For a little extra razzle dazzle sprinkle a generous amount of one of our dessert toppers.
