- Juice From 2 Lemons (1/2 cup)
- Ginger Powder— 1 teaspoon (optional)

Streusel Topping
- Flour— 1/2 cup
- White Sugar— 1/4 cup
- Melted Butter— 3 Tablespoons

How to Make a Lemon Crunch Loaf
- Preheat oven 350F.
- First, prepare the streusel topping, in a mixing bowl combine flour and sugar. Mix in cooled melted butter until a crumbly texture forms. Set mixture aside and save for later.
- Now combine the eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and almond extract. MIx until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Next, sift in the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. Fold in the ingredients until white streaks disapear.
- Pour the batter into a well greased 8×4 loaf pan then top with an even layer of that streusel we made earlier.
- Place the loaf in the oven to bake for about 55 minutes. Let the cake cool then cut into 8 slices and enjoy.
