Ingredients:
Biscuit Bites
- Canned Jumbo biscuits
- 1 Large Red Apple
- Brown Sugar (1/4 cup)
- Stick of Butter
- Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
- Pinch of Salt
Cinnamon Sugar
- Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
- Sugar (2 tablespoons)
What You’ll Need:
- Large Skillet
- Air Fryer
- Large Mixing Bowl
Recipe
First prepare apple filling; dice apple then cook down with 1/4 cup of butter (save remaining butter for coating biscuit bites), salt, and cinnamon in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes then transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Flatten biscuits then fill with 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple filling. Bring sides of biscuit dough together, forming balls and trapping apple filling in center.


Line bottom of air fryer with parchment paper, then cook biscuit bites on 400 for ten minutes flipping halfway through. While biscuit bites are in the air fryer prepare cinnamon-sugar. Combine one teaspoon of cinnamon with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Once biscuit bites are done melt remaining butter; coat bites in melted butter butter before sprinkling with a generous amount of cinnamon-sugar.
