What You’ll Need

- 9×13 baking pan
How To Make Vegan Chocolate Cake Sandwiches
- First preheat oven to 350F then coat a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine applesauce, vegetable oil, coconut milk, and vanilla extract.
- Now sift in the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Mix dry ingredients while alternating between pouring in water or brewed coffee that has completely cooled. Mix until well combined but be careful not to overmix.
