- 2 Eggs, 1 Egg Yolk
- Butter— 1 stick
- Baking Powder— 1-1/2 teaspoons
- Milk Powder— 1 teaspoon
- Dark Brown Sugar— 1 cup
- Flour— 1-1/2 cup
- Vanilla Extract— 1 teaspoon
- Almond Extract— 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt— 1 teaspoon

- White Sugar— 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon— 1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg— 1/2 teaspoon

How to Make a Cinnamon swirl Cake
- Preheat oven to 350F (177C).
- First, let’s prepare the cinnamon sugar. Combine white sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg then set it aside for later.
- Now for the batter. In a separate mixing bowl combine eggs, oil, butter, vanilla and almond extracts.
- Add in flour, baking powder, salt, milk powder, and brown sugar then mix until ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Pour half the batter in a well greased loaf pan then cover with half of the cinnamon sugar and swirl with a toothpick. Now pour in the remaining batter then top with the remaining cinnamon sugar and swirl.
- Place it in the oven to bake for 50 minutes.
- Once the cinnamon swirl cake has completely cooled, cut it into 8 thick slices and enjoy.
