These red velvet cool whip cookies are so easy to make and the best part is you only need four ingredients to make them. These Cool whip cookies are soft fudgy and almost brownie like. It’ll be like love at first sight when you bite into them. You won’t believe these cookies are made from such simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Red velvet cake mix
- Cool whip (8 oz container)
- 1 egg
- Red velvet emulsion (1 teaspoon) (optional)
- Powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
What You’ll Need:
- Cookie tray
- Parchment paper or baking mat
- Cookie scoop
- Large mixing bowl
- Cooling rack (optional)
Recipe:
Step 1
Combine cake mix, cool whip, egg, and red velvet emulsion in a large mixing bowl; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Line cookie tray with parchment paper. Use cookie scoop to form cookies then coat them with powdered sugar. Place cookies on baking tray one to two inches apart.
Step 3
Pre heat oven to 350 then bake cookies for 10 minutes; allow five minutes to cool and enjoy.
