Oreo Cake Balls

Ingredients:

  • Oreos
  • Cream cheese frosting (4 tablespoons)
  • Almond bark

What You’ll Need:

  • Heat proof mixing bowl
  • Cookie tray
  • Parchment paper

Recipe

  • Prepare Oreo cookies

Crush about twenty Oreo cookies then pour into a large bowl. Make sure the Oreos are crushed to almost the consistency of a fine powder, you can use a food processor to save time. Mix in cream cheese frosting one tablespoon at a time until the cookie crumbles become almost cake like (No more more than three or four tablespoons should be necessary).Then form cookie dough into balls.

  • Melt almond bark coating

You’ll need to melt about six squares of almond bark. Place them in a large bowl and microwave for two minutes, stop every fifteen seconds to give the almond bark a quick stir.

  • Dip cake balls

Fully submerge cake balls into melted almond bark then set them on a cookie tray. For even more chocolatey flavor sprinkle with a generous amount of our S’mores dessert topper. Allow cake balls to set in the fridge for fifteen to twenty minutes and enjoy.
