- 8oz Cream Cheese
- Vanilla Wafers— 2 cups (crushed)
- 2 Medium Ripe Bananas (mashed)
- Vanilla Extract— 1 teaspoon
- White Chocolate Chips— 2 cups (melted)

How to Make Banana Pudding Truffles
- Using an electric hand mixer, beat cream cheese and vanilla extract together until light and fluffy then fold in crushed vanilla wafer pieces and mashed bananas by hand until a thick dough starts to form.
- Now line a cookie sheet with a silicone baking mat then form truffles with a scoop using about 1.5 tablespoons of dough for each.
- Freeze truffles for about 20 minutes.
- Once the truffles are set, dip them into the melted white chocolate chips, coating them completely in white chocolate before setting them back on the cookie sheet.
- Garnish with more vanilla wafer crumbles then place the fridge to set.
