  • Vegetable Oil— 1/4 cup
  • Sour Cream— 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla Extract— 1 teaspoon
  • Strawberry Extract— 1 teaspoon
  • Diced Strawberries— 1 cup

  • Powdered Sugar— 2 cups
  • Coconut Extract— 1 teaspoon
  • Milk or Cream— 2 teaspoons
  • Sweetened Coconut Shreds— 1 cup

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine bananas, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, white sugar, vanilla extract, and strawberry extract.
