Ingrediets

  • Flour— 1-1/2 cups
  • Cocoa Powder— 1/2 cup
  • Baking Powder— 1-1/2 teaspoons
  • Espresso Powder— 1 teaspoon
  • Salt— 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Extract— 2 teaspoons
  • Dark Brown Sugar— 1 cup
  • Sour Cream— 1/2 cup
  • Vegetable Oil— 1/2 cup
  • 2 Bananas (mashed)
  • 2 Eggs
  • MIlk Chocolate Chips— 1 cup

  • 12 Count Muffin Tin
  • Sifter
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • Cookie Scoop

How to Make Chocolate Banana Muffins

  • Preheat oven to 410F.
  • Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl, then Combine oil, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract. 
  • Sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, espresso powder, brown and white sugars (Mix well). Then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Using a cookie scoop, fill up a well greased muffin tin about 3/4 of the way with batter. Top with a healthy layer of chocolate chips.
  •  Bake for 10 minutes at 410 and reduce to 350 for remaining 20 minutes. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for the first 5 minutes then transfer them to a cooling rack to finish Cooling. 
  • Once the the chocolate banana muffins have fully cooled, grab one and enjoy!
