- 2 Eggs

- Cornstarch— 1 teaspoon
- Salt— 1 teaspoon
- Almond Extract— 1 teaspoon
- Crushed Almonds— 1/2 cups

How to Make Almond Flour Cookies
- First preheat oven to 350F (177C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and brown sugar.
- Now add in the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cornstarch, and almond extract then whisk until well incorporated.
- Scoop out a tablespoon of dough to form cookies. Shape the the dough into balls then roll them in crushed almonds.
- Place the cookies on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet (be sure not to place cookie too close to each other). Then put cookies in the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool on a cooling rack and enjoy.
