- Rum Extract- 1-1/2 teaspoons
- Butter (melted)- 5 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil- 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon- 2 teaspoons
- Nutmeg- 1/2 teaspoons
- Ginger Powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt- 1 teaspoon
- Espresso Powder- 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder- 3/4 teaspoon
- Baking Soda- 1/4 teaspoon
- Chocolate Chips- 1-1/2 cups
- 2 Large Bananas (about 3/4 cups)

How to Make Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
