Ingredients

  • Browned Butter- 1 cup
  • Chocolate Chips- 2 cups
  • White Sugar- 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar- 1/2 cup
  • 2 Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract- 2 teaspoon
  • Flour- 2-3/4 cups
  • Expresso Power- 1 teaspoon
  • Milk Powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Soda- 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch- 1 teaspoon
  • Salt- 1 teaspoon

What You’ll Need

  • 2 Large Mixing Bowls
  • Cookie Tray
  • Parchment Paper or Silicone Baking Mat
  • Cookie Scoop
  • Cooling Rack

Recipe

  • Combine combine browned butter, eggs, sugars and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, salt milk powder and expresso powder. 
  • Add in chocolate chips (reserve some for topping) and chill dough for at least 30 minutes. The dough can be made up to 48 hours in advance.
  • Line a cookie tray with parchment paper. Use a cookie scoop to form cookies and place them on cookie tray (Don’t overcrowd pan as the cookies will spread as they bake.)
  • Top cookie dough balls with chocolate chips then preheat oven to 350 and bake for 11-13 minutes.
  • Allow cookies to cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
