Ingredients:

  • Flour (3 1/2 cups)
  • Cream Cheese (8oz) (Softened)
  • Butter (1/2 cup) (Softened)
  • Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
  • Brown Sugar (1 cup)
  • Two Eggs
  • Cake Batter Flavoring (2 teaspoons)
  • Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Baking Soda (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Baking Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Sprinkles (1 cup)
  • White Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 cups)

What You’ll Need:

  • Hand Mixer
  • Cookie Tray
  • Parchment Paper or Baking Mat
  • Cookie Scoop
  • Two Mixing Bowls

How To Make Birthday Cake Cookies

Step 1

Combine softened butter, softened cream cheese, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer.

Step 2

Mix in eggs, vanilla extract, and cake batter flavor by hand.

Step 3

In a separate bowl whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together. Then combine combine both mixtures.

Step 4

Stir in sprinkles and white chocolate chips then chill dough for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Once cookies are chilled use cookie scoop to form cookies (about three tablespoons per cookie). Pre heat oven to 375, place cookies on cookie tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 16 minutes. Allow them to cool and enjoy.
