Celebrate your birthday differently this year with these birthday cake blondies. These blondies are a perfect way to brake the tradition of a normal birthday cake.
Birthdays have always been a special occasion in my family. We always get together and bake a cake for whoever’s special day it is. I’ve recently changed things up a bit with these birthday cake blondies; my family loves them and I’m sure yours will too.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- Funfetti cake mix (1 box)
- Evaporated milk (1/2 cup)
- Vanilla powder (1 teaspoon)
- Vegetable oil (1/4 cups)
- Cake batter emulsion (1 teaspoon)
- Sprinkles
- White chocolate chips (1 cup)

Step 1
Combine cake mix and vanilla powder in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Stir in egg, vegetable oil, and cake batter emulsion.
Step 3
Slowly stir in evaporated milk; be sure mixture is not to runny.
Step 4
Mix sprinkles and chocolate chips into batter.
Step 5
Pour batter into well greased pan (make sure to spread batter evenly).
Step 6
Pre heat oven to 350; bake for 35 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
Tip: Melt chocolate chips to use as a drizzle.
